Finished reading: The Great Believers by Rebecca Makkai 📚 this book moved me! the characters felt like real people living their lives through three difficult time periods. some people do survive the apocalypse.

i tried skating for the first time in many years. i got a pair of rollerblades for christmas one year but never really got into it. the skate night was queer and played music from the 90s which felt appropriately nostalgic. thankfully no algia for me as i did not fall down in a major way.
